Satisfaction Guarantee

Any customer who is dissatisfied with their unit, except for a special order, for a reason beyond our control, may return the unit in its original packaging, with the original documentation, for a 25% restocking fee and shipping charges if applicable.

What's covered?


A 14326113 CANADA INC warranty covers repair or replacement of your Theo device if it proves defective due to faulty materials or workmanship during the warranty period.


What is not covered:


- Accidental damage


- Damage resulting from use not in accordance with the nameplate.


- Damage caused by non-compliance with maintenance recommendations.


- Damage caused by external sources such as transport, weather, power failure or power surges.


- Failures caused by:


o negligent use, misuse, mishandling or careless operation of the device ;


o Use of the vacuum cleaner not in accordance with the 14326113 CANADA INC. user's manual;


o Use of a 14326113 CANADA INC appliance for purposes other than normal domestic use in the country where it was purchased.


o Use of parts not assembled or installed in accordance with 14326113 CANADA INC. instructions.


o Repairs or modifications made by parties other than 14326113 CANADA INC.


Terms of warranty :


The terms of the 14326113 CANADA INC. warranty are as follows:

- The warranty takes effect on the date of purchase (or date of delivery, if later).


- Please complete the form on our website https://kitchencook.ca/qc/content/11-garantie 


- You must provide proof of delivery/purchase before any work can be carried out on your device under warranty. Please note that without this proof, any work carried out will be invoiced. Please retain your purchase receipt or delivery slip.


- All work will be carried out by 14326113 CANADA INC or its authorized agents.


- Any parts replaced become the property of 14326113 CANADA INC.


- This warranty is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.


When does the warranty take effect?

The 14326113 CANADA INC warranty takes effect on the date of purchase or delivery of your unit (whichever is later).

The warranty period is 2 years for parts and labor.

Damage and defects

On delivery, examine your equipment immediately. Be sure to mention any defective or damaged products to the delivery team. If the delivery team has already left the premises, you have 24 hours to report the damage or defect by contacting us by email at after-sales@kitchencook.ca or on social networks.

Here is some useful information:

Any product with a cosmetic defect within 24 hours of delivery will be repaired (in the case of a replaceable part), exchanged or compensated. 

You will need to have the model number and serial number of your device handy.

You may be asked for photos/videos of the damage.

Despite this return policy, we reserve the right to refuse the return of goods at our sole discretion. We also reserve the right to make changes to our return policy at any time and without notice.

General Information

Orders are subject to stock availability. If an item is out of stock and discontinued by the manufacturer at the time you order it, we will notify you and refund the full amount of your order in the original form of payment.

Delivery Locations

Items offered on our website can only be shipped to certain addresses in Canada and Quebec. The cities and delivery costs will be indicated in the shopping cart.

Delivery time

Within 48 hours of your order, you will receive a communication from our delivery department to give you the delivery time and to determine with you the delivery time.

Delivery process

Each delivery is carried out by an experienced team and proceeds as follows:

The day before your delivery, you will receive an automated call between 5pm and 7pm with a message indicating a 4 hour time slot for the day of delivery during which you must be available to go to the delivery location.

On the day of the delivery, you will receive a call informing you that the delivery will be made within the next hour. You must go immediately to the delivery site to wait for the delivery team.

Deliveries do not include the installation of the equipment. The delivery team will collect all boxes and waste.

Delivery charges vary depending on the delivery area and other conditions.
