Return Policy
You can return most new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also cover the cost of the return if the return is due to an error on our part (you received an incorrect or faulty item etc).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of your package being delivered to the return sender, but in many cases you will receive a refund sooner. This includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the sender (5-10 working days), the time it takes to process your return once we have received it (3-5 working days) and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5-10 working days).
